The (Rough) Day Plan

Ceremony: 3 PM

It’s the back end of summer and we’re planning on making the most of evening light and (hopefully) warm temps.

  • Please arrive to the venue at 2:30 PM

  • Alcohol service and lawn games 4-6 PM.

  • The good folks from the Stoaker Room will be serving nibbles at 4:30 PM. We recommend having a solid lunch before coming to the venue as it will be a long day.


Reception: 6 PM

A few speeches and the good folks at the Stoaker Room will be serving dinner at 6:30 PM.

That will lead into a band and a few of Wanaka’s best DJs...see below for more information regarding dress code.

They will cater for vegetarians, vegans and for those of you who dislike bread.

Cosmic Disco: 10 PM

Join us for a light or drastic outfit change. Bring a wig, or complete outfit that would inspire those not of this planet to come and party at the famous Studio 54.

Day After/ BYO BBQ

We figured we might as well make the most of the incredible venue and spend the day out there.

The next day is a BYO BBQ. We will have BBQ’s and gas - you just need to bring your own food to be thrown on the BBQ! We might have some booze left over for the next day but just in case, we also recommend bringing your own!

For those who are camping, we will have some classic eggs and bacon for the morning!

Come and enjoy the sun (fingers crossed) and some lake activities.
