How to Get There

Where Is It?

The flax paddock is a 20-minute drive from Wanaka. Have a look on Google Maps here.

BUS

If you need the bus out there it will be leaving at 2:00 PM sharp. Please see location here. You’ll find the bus stop beside the Dinosaur Park.

For those needing a ride home, we’ll have a bus going back to town at: 11:00 PM and 12:00 PM. After 12pm you’ll need to get a taxi home, or stay out there with us

Camping

For those interested in staying the night, there are plenty of spots to camp at the back of the paddock. Setup of tents can happen on Thursday or Friday morning before the ceremony.

There’s no cut-off at this venue, and we intend to make the most of that. We’ll have bacon and eggs for the morning, and likely will then stay out there for the day

If you’d like to bring a caravan, pop up your rooftop tent, or pitch your glamping set up (cough… Hoff) you can do so at the back of the paddock.
